  1. Is fabric shipped in more than one piece?

  1. All yardage is cut to order in one continuous piece. On rare occasions, fabric may be wrapped on the bolt in more than one piece. If this happens, I will send a little extra to ensure overlap. If you purchase multiple quantities of Fat Quarters, Jelly Rolls or other "precut" fabrics, they will NOT be continuous.

  1. Will multiple fat quarters of the same fabric be continuous?

  1. All fat quarters are individually precut and bagged. We cut and fold all fat quarters ahead of time so that we can ship them quickly. Mutliple fat quarters of the same fabric will NOT be continuous.

  1. What if you are out of stock on an item I ordered?

  1. That almost never happens as my inventory is continually updated in real-time. With my in-stock guarantee, you will get the exact items you ordered with no substitutions. On a very rare occasion, if the inventory count is wrong, I will refund the difference immediately and issue a $5 store credit as my way of saying sorry for the error.

    Do you ever get frustrated buying fabric on-line, only to realize the perfect fabric you picked is no longer in stock, or the quantity you purchased is not available? Well, you don't have to worry about that at ChristaQuilts.com with my In-Stock Guarantee!

    When you buy fabric on ChristaQuilts.com you WILL receive the exact fabric you purchased and the correct yardage you ordered. It will not be listed for purchase if it is not available for sale. Each fabric will show the number of yards available, so rest assured, that number is correct. I am so sure your order will be correct that if I'm wrong, you will receive a $5 store credit towards your next fabric purchase!

    Now for the fine print: From time to time, the manufacturer may put the yardage on the bolt in more than one piece. I will contact you before shipment if this occurs. The $5 store credit will apply if you purchase something from my store and the yardage is short or not available. But this is so rare that I'm willing to offer this guarantee. So please be assured that when you place an order, you will get the right fabric you wanted cut to the length you expected.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

  1. I accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

  1. Can I call in my order?

  1. At this time, all on-line orders are processed through my website and are securely encrypted and processed through Authorize.net. Your personal information will never be compromised.

  1. Do you have a physical store front?

  1. ChristaQuilts.com is an on-line only store. Besides, the fabric is much easier to see on-line than it is in person.

  1. What if I live here in town? Can I pick up my order from you?

  1. That's not necessary as I offer free shipping locally and across the United States. Please see my Shipping page for more info.

  1. Do you offer expedited shipping?

  1. Orders of 2 yards or less ship via USPS First Class. Orders of 3 yards or more automatically ship USPS Priority Mail for no additional cost. I cannot guarantee overnight delivery but I do ship nearly every day. Please email me if you are in a rush and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please see my Shipping page for more info.

  1. Do you have a catalog?

  1. Since my inventory changes daily, my website is the most up-to-date catalog available. All of my fabrics can be found on my web site with a picture, price, description, and amount currently available.

  1. What's the best way to contact you in a hurry?

  1. Please use my Contact form or email me at christa@christaquilts.com. I check my email on a regular basis everyday except Sunday, so I will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please check your spam folder and add my email as a safe sender to ensure a timely response.
