Handpaints, Bali Chops and Watercolors are created using traditional methods by hand on the Indonesian island of Bali. The colors penetrate the cloth so there is no right or wrong side to these beautiful fabrics. I like to use Shout Color Catchers when pre-washing batiks to remove any excess dye.
